The build failed and I needed to update the definition. I since re-ran the updated definition and it's passing (not sure if the status here will update or not). |

These are the changes that add TFS 2015 Update 2 (and later) support to the VS Code extension. I will follow up with an updated package.json file that bumps the version to 1.103 once this is approved and in.
(Unfortunately, the commits in this PR cannot be considered "minimally viable" as several may not build/operate on their own. They were created as an attempt to make it easier to review the entire PR for the TFS 2015 feature. And, yes, I fixed a few bugs along the way.)
