Documentation on CLI parameters

Tried to invoke the latest version with Encryption = Optional, but had no luck.
I also could not find the documentation to the cli parameters for the azuredatastudio.exe.

I've tried:
azuredatastudio.exe --server someserver.local --authenticationtype sqllogin --user someuser --password somepass --connectionproperties "Encryption=Optional"
also tried "Encryption:Optional"

where can I find docs about how to start app with specific connection parameters?
at least till now I could not find a description with examples for my use case.
