Background:
SHIR 5.37.8767.4 (Will be released on 1/12/2024) supports Windows login to connect source instance. Therefore, update the schema migration info message and validation.
Changes:
Update the info message in step 4.
Update the schema migration validation. 5.37 is the min version supporting schema migration.
