With the release of VS2019, the windows-latest VM Image will no longer work for building the current example repo, meaning one cannot complete the lab.
Rather than change the repo, this commit is simply updating the YAML and appears to work to get the build to execute successfully and complete the lab exercise. Added a screenshot and a single bullet to the lab exercise.
Please reject the pull request if you are planning to update the azure demo generator for VS2019.
