fix #1064 to avoid qna questions with brackets to be added to crosstrained lu file since brackets that doesn't have '|' in it is not permitted in luis pattern definition. e.g.
xxx(aaa)yyyis not allowed by luis pattern, but xxx(aaa|bbb) is allowed. To reduce the uncertainty, we did a fix here to avoid qna questions with brackets to be added to crosstrained lu file.
