Create E2E API Test. Test Data Ingest API.

Reference how e2e tests look in forum app with fake auth

Dependent on #82

  1. Code checked into ccf-app-samples

Acceptance Criteria

  • Receiving a 200 OK from the ingestion API is a Pass at this point
  • Works in all 3 hosting models (sandbox, container and mCCF)
