[ALM Accelerator - Feature] Using latest pipelines to create a project in older version of ALM accelerator

What is your question?

Have March version of ALM accelerator and using ALM Accelerator for Power Platform Administration app. Want to create a new project using Project wizard.

After clicking Next, want to install March version, but default it gives the April version.

Would like to understand, will it create a problem if I will use April Pipeline Template while creating the project, though have March version ALM Accelerator running

Please explain , how does this work.

@PPMini good question. This looks like it may be a gap in the functionality in the Project Wizard and probably should allow for the user to select a version rather than forcing the latest version. There are cases where changes to the pipeline templates also require changes to the app and can cause problems if the two are out of sync. In your case between March and April there should be no issue. You should be able to install the April pipeline templates and still use the March app.

@PPMini Added the capability to pick previous build versions on 'Create Project' wizard. This will be available in September 23 release.

@PPMini This has been fixed in the latest release. Please install the latest version of the toolkit following the instructions for installing updates. Note that if you do not remove the unmanaged layers as described there you will not receive updates from us.
