Follow up #91. Related to #94.

Currently we don't describe "how to build" in the README file, it'll be helpful for the 1st time user and also help to reduce support cost.

Windows instructions updated. Linux instructions will be updated in Nov. Generally the

build.sh

Allows to produce the package and deploy it under /usr/local

Windows build instructions provided. While build.sh on Linux and Mac is self-explanatory and successfully used by all teams involved. It also automagically deploys all the proper deps depending on distro. Closing this.
