XMLoadUDecN4 and XMStoreUDecN4 are not actually that useful for DXGI_FORMAT_R10G10B10_XR_BIAS_A2 data because it doesn't match the rules for a bias conversion.

This was fixed for DirectXMath 3.06 with the addition of XMLoadUDecN4_XR and XMStoreUDecN4_XR
