Add connected UDP tests to cgroup/sock_addr_connect

Description

• Adds connected UDP tests for cgroup/sock_addr_connect. Closes Add connected udp tests for cgroup/sock_addr_connect #1917.
• Adding these tests exposed issue netebpfext's implementation of the cgroup/sock_addr_connect hook can result in incorrectly blocking a connected UDP connection #3053. This PR also resolves the issue by removing a stale connection context for the same connection if it exists. Closes netebpfext's implementation of the cgroup/sock_addr_connect hook can result in incorrectly blocking a connected UDP connection #3053.

Future work: These tests also found issue #3052 which is NOT resolved in this PR.

Testing

• Modified the connect_redirect_tests to also utilize connected UDP sockets.
• Modified cgroup_sock_addr2.c to skip setting the redirect context (filed issue Add tests which validate the 'bpf_sock_addr_set_redirect_context' helper function for connected UDP sockets for cgroup/sock_addr_connect #3052 for tracking).
