Describe the bug

Hi, this could be a dumb question but I couldn't get the strong typing work for listening container events.

I'm using Typescript 5 and fluidframework 2.0.0-internal.3.0.0

Am I missing anything?

Expected behavior

It should build fine with TS 5.0
