+* Should Value/Text changed events fire on "Enter"/loss of focus or on every change - case in mind is hyper drag/scrolling where users would be testing the number range.  Additionally, constant validation affords an opportunity to display validation error indicator/message before reverting a bad value back to the last good one on "Enter"/Loss of focus.
