TeachingTip Target Property Doesn't Work in WindowsAppSDK version 1.5

Describe the bug

Assigning a control to the Target property of a Teaching Tip has no effect.

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Get the code from the repository at https://github.com/greatoceansoftware/TeachingTipTarget.git
2. Run the sample project with WindowsAppSDK 1.5 or higher.
3. Click the Show Teaching Tips button.
4. Click the Next button in the Teaching Tip.
5. The Teaching Tip should advance to the next control in the Stack Panel, but doesn't.
6. Uninstall WindowsAppSDK 1.5 from the project and replace with the latest version of 1.4.
7. Rerun the application and it will function as intended, advancing the Teaching Tip through the controls in the Stack Panel.

Expected behavior

Each time the Next button is clicked, the Teaching Tip should advance to the next control in the Stack Panel.

Is this likely to be looked at soon? I'm unable to publish any software updates with an SDK version beyond 1.4 until this is resolved. Please let me know if you need anything else from me.
