UI Alignment issues in Error dialogs

We see few UI Issues in error dialogs that needs to be corrected. Attached below some of the sample error screenshots.

Still some of the place it shows generic header

This issue is still reproducible in the latest build.

The original reason of this issue was a different error message, that need to be validated if it's still reproducible.
The last screenshot is related to #44

Issue #44 is the functional issue, i.e., its not able to add the publish settings.
Issue #13 is the UI alignment issue in the Error dialogs
All the Error dialog should be fixed dimension
