Description of the new feature / enhancement

As stated in the title, I wished that I could also assign a key remapped only to a specific application. Also, it would be great to add an option if we want to toggle it as global key.

Scenario when this would be used?

In this way, it doesn't affect the other applications when using that same key if used as an option.
