[New app] Calendar flyout feature (like windows 10 but for windows 11)

Description of the new feature / enhancement

• A tray icon that, when clicked, displays a calendar
• Ability to add webcal, outlook calendar accounts, ics and google calendars
• Events are synced with connected accounts, and they appears in the calendar view

Scenario when this would be used?

• For busy users that want to quickly check and manage their calendar events from a single click
• For users that used windows 10 calendar with event support, and migrated to windows 11

Supporting information

• The windows 11 calendar looks nice but no longer displays events

• Windows provides the outlook widget but it requires to set-up the "outlook new" app. The outlook new app no longer works for me. And we are forced to add a microsoft account.
