New demo app for Presidio, based on Streamlit #1054

Change Description

Bug fixes and improvements to the Presidio Streamlit app:

Ability to choose among multiple NER models (transformers, flair, spacy)
Ability to choose de-identification operator
Ability to view highlighted entities
Ability to call OpenAI Completion API upon anonymized text and generate synthetic text
Toggle decision process on/off
