[Keyboard Navigation – Make Code - Name Tag] "Name Tag" and bulb hint icon can't be reached using the Tab

Steps to reproduce the behavior
1.Navigate to https://makecode.microbit.org/beta#
2.Use Accessibility Insights tool and turn on Tab Stops
3.Navigate though all the interactive elements appearing in Name Tag tutorial page

Actual behavior
[Keyboard Navigation – Make Code - Name Tag] "Name Tag" and bulb hint icon can't be reached using the Tab
