  1. 1) change config file searcher to use glob so its compatible with moc… 

    …ha testing. 2) slight modification to getWorkSpaceFromUser. Eliminating call to getConfig as it would have already been called in the flow. Instead just pass the config file results if relevant. This allows prefilling of quickpick boxes in select cases.
