The GitHooksLoader should not be needed, as we only have the read-object hook, which is already native.

Merge pull request #12: Remove GitHooksLoader and all Esent references

Fixes #11.

The point was to delete GitHooksLoader, but that somehow triggered a reference issue with the remaining Esent references. Now, git grep Esent will return no results.
