  • Add simple GitHub action to publish pyscitt python CLI to PyPi whenever a new SCITT release is published
  • Refactor pyscitt setup file to include more details useful for packaging purposes

Tested the action against the TestPyPi index: https://test.pypi.org/project/pyscitt/
