Hello, we are using SlnGen in the company and had to reorganize some folders.

As it turns out, currently SlnGen only supports nested folders to replicate the disk structure (--folders true), having them in SlnGenSolutionFolder (Dir1\Dir2) causes an exception. Is there a way to have custom nested folders for the solution? If not, I'd like to contribute with the PR that introduces nested folders support.

SlnGenSolutionFolder should be the way of defining custom solution folder layouts. If its not working, please feel free to contribute a fix!
