Environment

Windows build number: 10.0.18363.x
Windows Terminal version (if applicable): Version: 0.7.3252.0

Steps to reproduce

Engage the Emoji IME (Win+.). Type a thing.

Expected behavior

Composition input shows up.

Actual behavior

The opposite of that.

... only in the Release build (!)
Debug on the same commit is fine...

It doesn't have a color set.
