add build command extension (details, delete, keep, queue with params and priority), add build agents and pools commands, add build template commands, add build definition cmmands (include nchabra definition commands)

i added build details extended show - i think this might com in handy for everyone.
i added build/delete.ts (right now not working - still can figure out why) - feel free to exclude.
added debug message in login.ts to show the actual response in the login (error or message), this helped me debug the login issues i had.
also added build queue with priority argument and parameters argument (path to simple JSON with build process parameters) - this is very useful for automation of build chain.

can someone please comment on the ability to merge my changes?
i'm running a quite big operation with on-prem TFS with update 2 (Intel).
i would really like my team to be able to use these changes from basic npm installation and not compile locally.

Hi Guys ... i managed to do all refactoring and test my version (all features), my team is starting a VSTS Proof of concept, we are expected to add more features and i really want to merge our already in use changes to the master fork.
the refactoring took me a really long time.
is there a way to expedite reviewing this, can i help in any way.
