Could not find a package configuration file... Error on macOS

I'm using CMake and vcpkg within GitHub Actions, but I'm getting the following error on macOS.

I don't understand why since the setting does work on Windows and Ubuntu. Is there something I need to do to make vcpkg work on macOS? 🤔 I have no clue, so any help is appreciated!

You have to set CMAKE_OSX_ARCHITECTURES
