What does your PR fix? Fixes linking of openssl on x64-linux, whilst also simplifying openssl library search code (thanks to the work done in [OpenSSL] refactor openssl ports. #14308).
Which triplets are supported/not supported? Have you updated the CI baseline? No changes.
Does your PR follow the maintainer guide? To the best of my knowledge, yes.
