Could you please merge master to and execute the command vcpkg x-add-version libusb ?

Found the following errors:
Error: While reading versions for port libusb from file: C:\a\1\s\port_versions\l-\libusb.json
       Version `1.0.24#1` was not found in versions file.
       Run:

           vcpkg x-add-version libusb

       to add the new port version.

To attempt to resolve all errors at once, run:

    vcpkg x-add-version --all
