My account has access to multiple tenants. I would need to specify which one so that it can find the subscriptions.

Currently it finds no subscription from any of my tenants.

After browsing your source code I saw that you use the Azure Account extension. This does look like it has the options I need.

microsoft/vscode-azureeventgrid#37

It took me a second to figure out how to sign-on with my multi-tenant account. I had to figure out that the azureeventgrid extension used this extension. Then I saw the tenant setting and put everything together.

Having the settings listed here combined with documentation on the other end should help speed that whole process up.
