After browsing your source code I saw that you use the Azure Account extension. This does look like it has the options I need. |

Issue microsoft/vscode-azureeventgrid#37 It took me a second to figure out how to sign-on with my multi-tenant account. I had to figure out that the azureeventgrid extension used this extension. Then I saw the tenant setting and put everything together. Having the settings listed here combined with documentation on the other end should help speed that whole process up.

My account has access to multiple tenants. I would need to specify which one so that it can find the subscriptions.
Currently it finds no subscription from any of my tenants.
