[Feature Request] Jump to prompt when highlighting large amounts of text

When highlighting large amounts of text and using the Ctrl+i shortcut to open the Copilot chat in window the chat window is at the bottom of the highlighted text. This means that if you select an entire file with ctrl+a you likely have to scroll to the bottom to see what you are typing or to see the response. would be good to either spawn the chat window in frame or jump to the box on open.

I like - we have a focus input box command which I will expose the command palette. In addition there is also the idea to let the input box "overflow" the diff view
