When building an app that deploys into a container-based environment in production, you may want to sandbox your development in a dev container while without sacrificing your ability to build and deploy your application into a local or remote Kubernetes cluster.
This example illustrates how you can use the needed CLIs, the Kubernetes extension, and the Docker extension from inside a dev container to meet this need.
Note there are issues with the Docker (vscode-remote#529) and Kubernetes (vscode-remote#647) extensions that this dev container can be used to test.
