2022 Official VS Code Java Docs Review (lightweight version)

Hey guys, as Greg requested, let's do a quick review of our docs. This time I want it to be lightweight, so let's just do two things

1. Whether anything is seriously outdated or any information is wrong / misleading
2. Whether you want to add highlights or very important new features to a page

If everything is good, simply mark it as good.

Each owner please take a look at your corresponding page.

I copied this from last year's issue (#826), and I adjusted owners for some pages.
