Testing microsoft/vscode#133903

Start run by line. Click outside of cell. Press F10 -> no effect 🐛
Focus has to be inside the cell.
This keybinding should work independent of focus imho

I can repro all the time. The focus has to be in the cell for me for F10 to have effect.
Let me know what other info I can provide. Here's a gif of what I am doing

I see what you mean. The cell does have to be focused, because you are doing RBL on a particular cell, it is not a global action.
