I have updated the grammar for log files in my extension: https://github.com/emilast/vscode-logfile-highlighter

You might want to update the built-in version (https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/tree/master/extensions/log) to get better highlighting of MAC addresses and Android logcat single-character log levels.
