Good evening!

This PR proposes a couple of grammar edits and spelling corrections to the .devcontainer/README markdown file.

  • Added periods that were missing at the ends of some sentences.
  • Corrected the spelling of "environnement" to "environment".
  • Updated some verb forms.
  • Updated some articles used.
  • Updated "Note" formatting to remain cohesive throughout the document.
  • Added some commas to multi phrase sentences to increase conciseness.
  • Updated product names and context to provide more clarity.
