Support context menus in webviews

Webviews are used to create richer UIs. In this UI, it would sometimes be useful to have a context menu (right-click menu). I think this would create a consistent user experience, as context menus are already used in many places.

• Is there any reason not to allow this?
• If not, would you be open to a pull request to add this feature?
