Hello:
I am coding in c++ language.
after writting a code when i go for the compilation an error occures which is "the connection to the terminals pty host process is unresponsive".

Please help me in resolving this error.

We're planning on fixing this with #117956 and #117990, which seems to be working well #117542 (comment). If anyone could verify on Windows if you still hit the problem using the Insiders build that would be helpful.
