VSCode use lldb-mi memory instantly explosion full

• VS Code Version:1.66.0
• OS Version:10.0.19044

Steps to Reproduce:

0.everything is welled until today:

1.Debug project as usual
2.once time, take a breakpoint at main() function first code line

3.Push F5 to Debugging
4.Push F10 to step over
5.The vscode No response
6.Look at Task Manager,lldb-mi.exe the memory instantly explosion.

7.Then shift+F10 to stop debugging
8.lldb-mi.exe still in there, and keep going up

9.I must click End Task button in Task Manager to force end lldb-im.exe
