Secondary Sidebar on the Left

Hello,

I would like to have a feature to bring the secondary side bar from the right to the left, meaning that it resides immediately right to the primary sidebar.

Use Case:
I separate my file explorer and my code outline in the two available sidebars plus I like to have two code panels open side to side, where testing and debugging is on the right and programming on the left. Therefore it would be more comfortable for me to have the code outline together with the file explorer on the left side right next to the code I actually work on and not only 'far away' on the test code side.

I hope my feature request is understandable, otherwise I am open for further questions.

I would like to have the Secondary Side Bar on the left as well. Unfortunately, I do not see an option to do so.

I searched and found it here, but it was closed 2 days ago :'-(
The secondary sidebar looks very nice to see more information, but in reality the right side is too far from the main work area!
