tunnel status should also indicate if the service is installed

  1. Use code-insiders tunnel status
  2. Verify in the JSON output that service_installed: true/false is correct
  3. Use code-tunnel service install/uninstall
  4. Use code-insiders tunnel status again and verify the boolean is flipped
