Integrated terminal text is horionztally squished

• VSCode Version: 1.17.1
• OS Version: Windows 10

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open integrated terminal (Ctrl + `)

Reproduces without extensions: Yes

I get this as well:

The font looks extremely small and narrow.

I think it's related to the update, not sure, I updated a couple versions at once.
