Curious, does this mean PRs will be built by VSTS instead of Travis/AppVeyor? Cause the last time I checked VSTS build logs were not possible to make public

We will be sticking with Travis/Appveyor for now. We're using YAML builds internally in TFS for the product builds.

Removing the "verification-needed" without further info. I think our selfhosting on this is sufficient coverage.
