Are those snippets? Do you see these suggestions with all extensions disabled?

Disabling extensions solved the issue, I further found the culprit extension,
its TS Importer https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=pmneo.tsimporter

By default they didn't set lower preference for classes, but you can manually fix with with thr option,
"tsimporter.lowImportance": true,
