Shift-Tab on 'Replace All' icon should go back in tab order

Verifying #34676

Search viewlet: Tabbing forward cycles through the filter options before arriving at the 'Replace All' icon. Shift-Tab on 'Replace All' should go back to the filter options. It currently skips these and focuses the replace field.
