This is about the startupTime telemetry event. We should clarify what number is what and how it is measure and it can be compared. We should also send more meta information about each startup (instead of not sending an event)

To verify: run F1 > Startup Performance and make sure there is extra information with the numbers of the first table, e.g. wether cached data was used or not
