Refs: #74472

  1. Open the package.json of an extension that contributes comments/commentThread/context and comments/comment/context
  2. Hover over those two -> there is no hover information to help the user understand where the menu is located

Please note that I get nice hover info for the other two comments/comment/title and comments/commentThread/title However I would prolonge the hover a bit more to make it easier for the user to differentiate between the commentThread ttitle and a comment title.
