Issue Type: Bug

Issue:
Unable to open 'FileName.cs': Unable to read file 'temp/path/to/file.cs' (Error: Unable to resolve non-existing file 'temp/path/to/file.cs'

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Double click into filezipped.zip;
  2. Drag and drop the file directly to vs code.

Softwares:

  1. 7zip / Version: 16.02 64bit
  2. VS Code / Version: 1.44.0

VS Code version: Code 1.44.0 (2aae1f2, 2020-04-07T23:31:18.860Z)
OS version: Windows_NT x64 10.0.17763
