@sbatten I wasn't sure on the name -- but since it was called auxiliarybar internally I went with it. Could also be secondarybar or something.

@sbatten Is there any possible way this could get in for August (the Sept release)?

We've added a new "Commit Details" view in GitLens that would be great to live on the Secondary Sidebar, as it follows your editor context, Commit Graph (coming soon) context, and even context in the main SCM sidebar

Here is an example of it showing context for the Commit Graph, but it provides the same for open editors, etc.
