Added support for TFS 2015:

1. Skip "create service endpoint" step as TFS 2015 does not support service endpoint extensibility.
2. Enter the "server URL", "management username" and "password" directly on the task.
3. Create a secret variable for "password" to secure its value.

• Identical to the now deleted 0.112.0 release, only updated document with instruction on how to run the tasks on TFS 2015.
