your PAT (Personal Access Token) or the link that you are giving is not valid

I had the same problem but resolved it by creating 2 Personal Access Tokens, one in source project and the other in target project. Make sure your tokens are valid

@obvioussean unfortunately Issue is still there because Microsoft DevOps does not support migration of work items form one DevOps organisation to another.

@HarshalRane23 - Where did you read that Azure DevOps is not supported for migrating work items from one ADO organization to another? It's my understanding this is supported.

@HarshalRane23 it is supported. Have you tried ensuring your PAT tokens have the required permissions for each account? And if you enable verbose logging it should provide more details about the error.
