Uninstall a Portable application

I have a portable application installed, and I am unable to uninstall it.

winget uninstall -q "nkdAgility.AzureDevOpsMigrationTools"
No installed package found matching input criteria.

If I use list I am able to see the two versions that are installed:

winget list --query "nkdAgility"

How can I remove the portable package?

This looks to be related to:

• Uninstall by ID fails with incorrect message when multiple versions are present #2476

What happens when you do winget uninstall --name "Azure DevOps Migration Tools"? (Though I imagine this command won't work because of multiple matches). If so, you'll have to manually clean up the portable packages from appwiz.cpl

I was able to uninstall using Start -> Settings -> Uninstall!
